You already know my story…XXXX was my groomer for almost 14 years and then there was a change in management and my senior Aussie was hurt twice with soap in his eyes. The first time I understood, the second time was inexcusable. So I gave you a try and I am so glad I did. The reduced stress for both the dogs and me is worth every cent. You do a wonderful job but more important to me is the kind and gentle manner you work with the dogs.
